Replacement Eye Pillow cover fits the 10" x 4" Eye Pillow.
There are 2 ways to choose your new cover:
1. Select from an existing style in the Lavender Eye Pillow Collection and write me a note with the name of the style with your order or:
2. Send a photo of the eye pillow you would like to match to info@dreamfieldstudio.com. If the fabric you want is no longer available, I will let you know and you can either cancel your order or select another style.

All items are shipped the same day or next day, via USPS First Class mail, or by Priority Mail if requested and paid for by you. If you items does not ship out on this schedule due to weather, you will be notified immediately by email and will be offered the choice to cancel the sale.

Returns
An item may be returned for any reason, as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. A return label will be sent to you with the return address and further instructions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on personal care items such as face masks, eye pillows or the heat wraps, unless they are defective.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Cost for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
