INGREDIENTS: Chamomile to aid quality sleep. Lavender Buds to improve sleep and induce calm. Spearmint to calm and relax and reduce inflammation.
SIZE: .2 oz. You will receive 2 sachets of tea. Each sachet makes 2 cups of tea.
DIRECTIONS: Place 1 tablespoon of tea into a loose tea diffuser or tea ball. In a heat safe cup, steep tea in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Sip slowly and enjoy.
