All items are shipped the same day or next day, via USPS First Class mail, or by Priority Mail if requested and paid for by you. If you items does not ship out on this schedule due to weather, you will be notified immediately by email and will be offered the choice to cancel the sale.

Returns
An item may be returned for any reason, as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. A return label will be sent to you with the return address and further instructions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on personal care items such as face masks, eye pillows or the heat wraps, unless they are defective.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Cost for Returns

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Just what I was looking for, a healing lavender scent to give as a gift and one for myself of course!!
Besides simply being a gorgeous and scented addition to your bedside table, this eye pillow is an absolute savior. Whenever I struggle with headaches or if I’m having trouble sleeping, the eye pillows from Dream Field Studios get me through. This is my third purchase, and this particular scent is a lovely, natural blend of lavender and herbs with a touch of floral. I am very sensitive to floral scents, but each of the products from here have managed to find that magic balance of noticeable but not overpowering. I never thought I needed an eye pillow, but now I find myself reaching for this one almost every night to help me sleep. Even using at room temperature is a delight (but you can also microwave it or freeze it if you like). This would also make an excellent gift for a new mom!
